Thanks for the reply. Yes, please consider that at present NO VCL COMPONENT supports this. I searched TOO LONG FOR IT. Improving this would be great! Developer Express team doesn't develop their OrgChart component since 2003 (at the time it was the best around) and they never added this feature. So ...
