Is it possible to use the scroll tool on a webchart to scroll the graph vertically? I currently have it working horizontally, but I need a vertical scroll ability for a horizontal bar series.

We are obviously have developer license and we need to install the our Software on the client's server as a proof of concept. I am aware that you need a server license to this, however: - Since it is a proof of concept, we don't want to purchase a server license until the client accepts the proposal...
