Well, yes I've read all the relevant posts and tried deleting the files to no avail. Again, I'm running VB Express 2008, not the full Visual Studio.

I just installed TeeChart.net "Pro" version 3 on an XP machine. In VB Express 2008, when I pick "Choose toolbox items" from the menu, the VB enviroment crashes.
