Yesterday the controls were only sometimes showing - I did a power off reboot today, instead of a restart and it seems to be working ok at the moment.
I just updated my ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series Driver from one dated 2009 to the latest (8.920.0.0) if that help at all

scaling axis for a subchart
I am using a subchart to plot a small version of my main chart as in http://www.teechart.net/support/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10815&start=0 I am having trouble getting the axis to line up nicely.
