Hi all,
I want to create a contour plot which is linked to an SQL-query.
I'm wondering what will happen, if the query yields multiple values for a given x and y coordinate?
Will only the first or last value be plotted or is an average calculated?
Thanks for a hint
Norbert

contour series with query
3D-Plot.jpg Hi all, I'm having a hard time displaying a 3d-Graph with several contour plots. I added a sample with random data. This shows the plot as it should pretty much look like in the end, but what I really need is queries for each layer (along z-axis). Now my questions: a) I can connect the ...

Subaxis - connect a series?
Hi all, I'm using the current VCL version of Teechart Pro with RAD Studio XE3. I have no clue how to connect a series to a subaxis at design or run time. I can create a subaxis (e.g. vertial) and nicely format it. But when it comes to connecting it to a series, it is not listed under Series -> Gener...

Re: Print Quality
Hi Nacris, I did not have much time recently, but now I'm back with my problem. I managed to print/save vector files (EMF and PDF), but the quality issue is still there in terms of messed up scaling and fonts. The screen output looks pretty nice, but the saved file does not! I added an example which...

Re: Print Quality
Hi Narcis, I managed to produce a vector file (EMF) through the TeeCreateMetaFile-function. Unfortunately, the quality (layout) differs quite a lot from "wysiwyg" (as mentioned in article you recommended above): Font type/size, tics, grid, scaling... is completely messed up (why???). I cannot get a ...

Re: Print Quality
Hi Narcís, OK: the article claims that the built-in output is via EMF (which is Windows standard to draw lines and polygons to the printer's canvas). BUT, if I create a WMF-File (even with "enhanced" checked) the print editor asks for a resolution (in pixels) and the output is pixel, not vector (I c...

Print Quality
Hi there, it seems an ongoing issue for years now, that the quality of output created with the build-in functions in Teechart is poor (to say the best). I would expect from a product of such reputation (Teechart), that what's shown on the screen should be printable in a quality which is suited for h...
