Problem with Panel.BackImageLoad

We have found that Panel.BackImageLoad method accepted animated GIF images version 5 of Teechart, but now, in version 6, not only did not work but also hang the application.

Can you give me any hint or solution, please?

Hi Jesus,

yes, I get the same result here. It's a bug in the TeeChart v6. I've added it on our defect list and a fix for it will be considered to inclusion for the next maintenance releases.
I'm afraid there's not a workaround.

That is a very important feature we used in our application and we cannot release a new version of our product until we had this issue fixed! When do you think this bug will be solved? We purchased the v6 upgrade recently and now we found this roadblock... Please advise. Thanks a lot.

Hi Jesus,

I think a new maintenance release of v6 will be ready in a few weeks (6-7 weeks).
