"Stream read error" using TChart1.Import.LoadFromF

When I use an annotation in a *.tee file and this annotation contains an accent (french : é, รจ etc.) I get the "Stream read error" while loading the *.tee using TChart1.Import.LoadFromFile...
If I remove the accent, it works. The problem occured with version 5.06 of the english and multi-language versions of the ActiveX.
Looks like a bug to me. I tried loading the binary *.tee file into a variant then using LoadFromStream on it but it didn't work either.
