Activation Fails during install:TeeChart Java v1 for Android

Hi,
I am trying to install "TeeChart Java v1 for Android", but fails with "Online activation".
What I did so far is:
1. Download the files
2. Execute TChart.Installer.jar
3. Enter ID, password etc and select "Online activation via internet"
4. Message box appears that says "Activation Failed"

I'm running Windows 7 32-bit OS, your help will be appreciated.

We have made a modification to the online activation process, you should now be able to activate online too.
