Setting up right side Legend columns

the TLegendScrollBar is also a Chart Tool only available with the Pro version.

Since the scrollbar is a pro version feature, is there a way to create a legend on the right that has more than 1 column in the STD version? If so, is there a way to programmatically add columns as legend items are cut off the page as the user resizes the application?

Or, is there a way to use the mouse wheel for scrolling the legend without a scrollbar? Or maybe give the user that there is move and if they resize the chart they will see it, kind of like the Other Slice in a pie chart.

I haven't tried it but you could try to calculate the NumCols and the Legend Rectangle manually in a similar way than it was done here.
