Do data point "clicks" work on mobile devices ?

I'm looking at the demos at http://www.steema.com/files/public/teec ... ipt/demos/, and they look great.

One thing important to us is the ability to click on a data point. Using the "Point XY" example , this seems to work great on a browser.

But I can't seem to "click" a point on my iPad or Android phone. Can teechart detect a touch of a data point on a mobile device ?

This is weird, I am showing up as "Eden". I'll logout, recheck my login settings, and apologies to whoever Eden is.

Hi John,

This is because you are using an evaluation license number, which is the same for all users. This license should not grant access to the forums. We will try to fix it. Please use your registered customer license for future technical inquiries.

Thanks in advance.

OK, I straightened out my registration issues.

So the question remains - can you click (press or tap) on a data point on a mobile device ? You demos seem to support clicking when in a browser, but not on a phone or iPad.

Hello,

I've opened the PointXY example here with different browsers here in a Nexus 7.
Browsers where the pointer click is working: Dolphin, Puffin Free.
Browsers where the pointer click is NOT working: Chrome, Firefox, Opera.

Will try with an iPad asap.

It is not working with Safari and Chrome browsers in the iPad either. We will investigate the issue (TF77016616) further.
