TeeGrid V1.12 & C++ Builder 11.3 and runtime packages

If I build the simplest app (one form with a TTeeGrid on it) and link with Runtime Packes then the app won't load. I get this error:

Error reading TeeGrid1._Headers: Invalid property value.

If I link without runtime packages there is no error.

I'm using NexusDB, which absolutely requires linking with Runtime Packages if using C++ Builder.

Is this an error with Tee Grid or is my setup faulty?
