bad dialogs sizes for 120dpi screen resolution

As I can see, the old bug with the bad sizes of the many dialogs not solved yet. This problem arised from the version 6(as I remember), I wrote about a number of times, but without success.

You can check Border Editor, Gradient Editor, EditingChart->Print and many others.

Yes, this is a known issue (TV52011726). We created a tool that checked that automatically but it seems to be "broken" again. It's a high priority item on our defect list to be fixed for future releases.
