Hi all, I am pretty familiar with Delphi and Steema so no problem in constructing charts.
One visual thing, though - I never seem to get the nice looking scatter plots like the ones Steema has in the gallery section ("Point & Scatter"). I have tried to attach the OpenGL component to the Delphi 2010 chart, but it really does not do the trick - the points come out very "pixelry" (rough on the edges), the font is distorted - and the lot really does not look very good.
If you want to construct a basic XY scatter plot with nice and smooth "marbales hanging in the air", any tips on doing this?
XY scatter plot - "marbles in the air" with OpenGL?

Hi RuneH,
Notice that some of the charts in the gallery were plotted using TeeChart for .NET and some of Micrsoft .NET Framework drawing techniques are not available in the VCL framework.
Another possibility could be using GDI+. Take a look at the demo at All features\Welcome !\3D Canvas\GDI+ Plus Canvas
