TeeRecompile for RadXE2 Error

Today at last I've tried to recompile Tee2011 for RadXE2 and got next error:
RAD XE2.Win32 v16 Architect (RAD XE v9 Architect) (C++)
EXCEPTION:
Cannot copy file: e:\Download\000\TeeChart Pro 2011 Full Source Code\Sources\FMXTee.Chart.ListBox.pas to e:\Download\000\TeeChart Pro 2011 Full Source Code\Sources\FMX\FMXTee.Chart.ListBox.pas

Error Code: Can't find this file
