Problem with "horizontal area"

How to clean the red line (serie1 color) at the left side?
It appears in design mode and run mode. With inverted bottom axis there is no such problem.
For removal it is enough to repaint a chart. But it isn't correct.

Source code attached. Just run.

I could reproduce the problem with v8 but it seems to be fixed with the latest version.
