TColorLine Tool disappears when axis inverted

Dear all,

Since the last update (24.02.2014) which helped with the CursorTools problem, now TColorLine Tools do not display correctly if the axis is inverted.
All 4 axis are affected Bottom, Top, Left, Right.

Steps to reproduce:
[*] Create new VCL Project
[*] Add TChart
[*] Add Series for Top/Bottom and Left/Right
[*] Add TColorLineTool for left and one for Bottom axis
[*] Use one of Custom / Max / Min / Center placement
[*] Invert the axis to see ColorLineTool disappear

Is there a quick fix which I can apply in source or might thee be an update for the chart component in near future ?
Currently I can not roll out software updates to my customers.
