45 degree angled Labels overlap Bottom Axis

We are using TeeChart VCL 2014 and cannot get the 45 degree bottom axis labels to work properly. They overlap the bottom axis:

Are we missing a new setting?

I've reproduced the problem so I've added it to the defect list to be fixed in future releases:

Can't say that. It depends on different factors. That's why I suggested you to subscribe to the ticket to receive automatic notifications.

the bug is still open and we also do need a solution for it because it's some kind of a blocker for us to deliver our solutions to our customers. Could you please intervene again so that the bug gets fixed as soon as possible.

I'm afraid I can't tell you when the ticket will be closed. There's a number of variables affecting the time to close an item in that list such as the complexity of the problem, the study of the possible collateral damages, the number of issues with a higher priority that claims our team attention,...
