Hi,
Could you clarify one point here, thanks.
I installed the 2015 pro version.
Given the 2015 version seems to be not stable for our application purposes, I need to revert to the 2013 version.
Could you tell me whether the following procedure is consistent:
1) uninstall theTeeChart 2015 for RAD XE2, by running the TeeInstall.exe tool
2) install the TeeChart 2013 for RAD XE2.
the uninstall/install procedure will take care of backuping the relevant files...
Or do I have to do some additional action here?
thanks

Re: install procedure: clarification
Hello,
Also, using TeeInstall for uninstalling TeeChart won't remove the installation folder so you can reuse it later if you want to give it another try.
If you ran the uninstaller or removed the v2013 installation folder you'll have to run the v2013 installer.
This will uninstall the components from the list of packages and reinstall the Lite version shipped with the IDE.cssesuc wrote: 1) uninstall theTeeChart 2015 for RAD XE2, by running the TeeInstall.exe tool

If you didn't completely uninstall TeeChart v2013 you can now find that installation folder and run TeeInstall from there to install it.cssesuc wrote:2) install the TeeChart 2013 for RAD XE2.

Yes.cssesuc wrote:the uninstall/install procedure will take care of backuping the relevant files...
I'd check the list of packages and the paths when done.cssesuc wrote:Or do I have to do some additional action here?
