TChart crash, trying to write C:\Custom.tee

Hello,

when clicking the "Apply" button in the TChart editor window on the Themes tab and when the "Custom" node
is selected a crash occurs because TChart tries to access/save a file "C:\Custom.tee":

I could reproduce the problem, so I've added it to the public tracker:
http://bugs.teechart.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1436

Note I've also fixed it for the next maintenance release.
