How to draw/plot Error Ellipses?

Does anyone know how to plot a point series as a series of ellispes? I have data which for a give XY coordinate, I have associated Sx & Sy, UU (semi-major), VV (semi-minor) and T_angle values from which describes a simple ellipse. How does one plot this info? is there a pre-existing point series type that allows one to set the values for an error ellipse?

I don't understand exactly what you want to get. Do you want to draw each point as an ellipse or do you want to draw a number of points so that they form an ellipse? Could you please send me an example image of what you are trying to get or some sample code to help me figuring it out?
