Installer V2023.37 and C2023.38

Hi,
I'm updating my development environment to Delphi 11.3 and have tried to install TeeChart from installer versions 2023.37 and 2023.38.

Each installer when recompiling fails with the error below. I have been able to install the product from 2022.36 into D11.3 so not causing any major issues with compiling source code. I have checked the installation folder and indeed the file cannot be found.

I see the squarified map is new to release 37 - is this an issue with the installer or is there a workaround for this problem?
