Install problems on CBuilder 10.2.3

A few days ago I replaced the included tea version with the current standard version

The Installation is a little bit buggy, iE the Install process replaced the Lib Files , but not the bpl files and so on.
I correct it manually and its worked now.

But during the start of a project, I get the Message:
" C:\Embarcadero ... Fastreport6VCL\standard\libd25\ddfsTee25.bpl cannot loaded, %1 is not a valid Win32 Application"
The Lib File ddfsTee25.bpl exists in this path.

After that all TeeChart Components are hide in CBuilder and often I get the Error Message "unknown component TChart" .
If I manually click under Menu "Component/Packages" the "TeeChart Standard 2023 Components" , the Components are visible and I can load the project and it seems to work, till the next time.

what goes wrong here ?
where can I find the job with the %1 error ?

There are some 3rd party tools (FastReports, DevExpress, ReportBuilder,...) that can be referencing the TeeChart Standard/Lite package shipped with the IDE. This may conflict with the TeeChart version you've just installed. Please try to uncheck temporally that ddfsTee25.bpl package from the list of packages. It will probably need to be recompiled to be used with a different TeeChart version to the one it was compiled with.

Steema Software supports the integration of TeeChart into QuickReport and IntraWeb. Any other integration is supported by the 3rd party tool manufacturer.

thanks for your response.
Fastreport comes with a tool "recompile" to switch between the installed Tee versions.
I run it, and now it works
