Can't install TeeChart

Greetings,

I have just downloaded TeeChartVCLFMXSOURCE-2025.43.exe and TeeChartVCLFMX-2025.43.exe and I cannot install either program. I get the following error message" 'This app can't run on your PC To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.'

I also tried to run TeeChartVCLFMXSOURCE-2024.42.exe, this had the same problem. I have previously been able to run this program so I presume that the problem is due to some recent change to Windows 11 by Microsoft.

I am running Windows 11 Version 24H2 OS Build 26100.3775 on a Dell laptop. I have administrator rights on this laptop.

Hello Peter,

I'm sorry to hear you are finding such problems.
I'd ask you to redownload the installer again to make sure the download hasn't been broken but we are in the middle of a server upgrade which is taking longer then expected.
In the meanwhile, you could try to download the installer from here.

Thank you for you rapid response. I downloaded the installer from the alternative site and have now successfully installed the update. I am particularly pleased to see that the 'Invalid property taTrailing in Axis editor' bug has been fixed, this was a problem for me.

I presume that the installation problem may have been related to your server upgrade. These downloads were exceptionally slow and both files had the same problem.
