centering Title on chart

currently in the midst of a code crunch (2 weeks behind schedule), so, the immediate availability of a test app isn't likely. would, however, like to figure this one out, so once the code crunch is over, i'll create a small test app and upload it to the Upload section. will post when it's available.

in the meantime, the "fudge factor" "trick" is working, so, that'll get me through product test and delivery.
