after installing the latest version on Delphi Pro XE,

i start Delphi and i get the message

It seems the TeeChart Standard packages that come with the IDE (Tee9170) are still being loaded when the IDE starts. You should be able to fix it simply unselecting these packages in the packages list in the IDE. Once you'll be sure there's no TeeChart Standard package selected in the list (and no 3rd party tool package that may be using it selected), you should be able to select the TeeChart Pro packages in the same list.

I'm not sure to understand you. What should you have installed before installing TeeChart v2012.07 binary on XE3 to get that error? Could you please list the exact instructions we should follow to reproduce the problem here?
