Help installation problems on Win7-64

I downloaded, unzipped and tried to install TeeChartVCL2010H2Help.zip using installHelpToRADStudioXE.bat. But when I launch the installation I get an error message that says "TeeGopher registration utility stop working ...".
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Stefano,

Could you please try using the latest binary installer for Delphi XE available at the client download area? Help registration mechanism was enhanced for that release. Because of that TeeChartVCL2010H2Help.zip became obsolete and was removed from the website.
