Legend symbol problems with Build 2013.09.131119

Hello,
since the last build the legend symbols are not drawn as before.
We are not able to get the old behavior back using the available options.
We are using GDI (not GDI+).
Example:
A 2D chart with four point/line series with nearly default options, a point/line series with transparent point background and two line series with thick lines, no pointers and one with dashed line.
The old legend looks like this: Now the point symbols in the legend are much too large and not squared (Figure 1): If I set Legend->Symbol->Squared = true then the pointer symbols have a bad border and the line style can hardly be recognized (Figure 2).
Now if I turn off the default border of the symbols then the pointer symbols look nice but the line style and color of the series without pointers is gone (Figure 3).
Is there a way to get the old behavior back?
Thanks in advance for an answer,
regards
Hans
