Install problem TQRChart : VCL.TeeChartExp

I XE4 Delphi QuickReport v5.05 with update 1.

I bought and installed TeeChart Pro 2014.12.140923.

I followed the install instructions for TQrChart.
Creating a folder QuickReport \ lib
Build Tee9QR5D18 -> QuickReport \ lib \ Tee9QR5D18.bpl
Build DclTee9QR5D18 -> QuickReport \ lib \ DclTee9QR5D18.bpl
Copy dcu, dcp, bpl

I run Delphi Component \ Install Packages "DclTee9QR5D18.bpl"

I get the "Unable to load the package 'error message DclTee918." It contains the unit 'VCL.TeeChartExp', which is also contained in the package 'DclTeePro918.' "

Can you help me urgently?

On Windows XP, Delphi XE4,
- Uninstall QuickReport, TeeChart Pro TeeChart Std
- Install QuickReport v5.5
- Install TeeChart Pro "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software"


To expand:
1- I create one "lib" directory in C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib
2- I built "Tee9QR5D18.dpk"
3- I built "DclTee9QR5D18.dpk"

Successfully built.

4- I copy "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib \ DclTee9QR5D18.bpl"
in Delphi \ bin
5- I copy
   "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib \ DclTee9QR5D18.dcp"
   "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib \ QrTee.dcu"
   "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib \ Tee9QR5D18.dcp"
   "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib \ TeeQrTeeReg.dcu"
in Delphi \ lib
6- I copy "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ QuickReport \ lib \ Tee9QR5D18.bpl"
in Windows \ System32
7- I copy all bpl TeeChart "C: \ Program Files \ Steema Software \ TeeChart 2014 for RAD XE4 \ Delphi18.win32 \ Bin"
in Delphi \ bin

8- I open Delphi XE4, menu Components \ install packages.
Select "Delphi \ bin \ DclTee9QR5D18.bpl"

And I get the error message reported in the first post.
