Axis Label Errors

I have a graph using time as the X Axis and duration as the bar labels.
When the graph is draw at my preferred size, random X Axis values are shown using the bar label durations. If the graph is stretched, it redraws to use the correct X Axis value instead of the incorrect bar label duration value.
Does anyone know what could cause this? See attchments - Axis Correct and Axis Error
