Delphi 10.1 Berlin

As always new Delphi releases can't be used before all the libraries are uptodate. So I would like to suggest a new procedure TChart:
1. Frezze the source-code from the current release and branch it for further development (bug-fixing).
2. If a new Delphi arrives first recompile the frezed version and release it (this should normally be just a metter of hours).
3. Now there is time to get the new version tested and released (and to start over with pt. 1)
TIA

PS.: couln'd assign my old name to the new account.
