Axis Scroll tool working with all axis

Hi

I have added Axis Scroll tool to chart and set it to eg. Bottom Axis but scroll working on all axis no matter which one was setup.
It will be a good option to setup this tool to all axis at once, but when one select specific axis it should work only on that axis.
