TeeChart Recompilation Tool Warning

I get the following warning when recompiling


"Warning:
An issue with Studion 10.1 Berlin installer does not include several Windows SDK *.hp header files
Please follow this link to resolve:

The URL is chopped off, and I've not been able to find it via a Google search. Any chance in supplying the link? or is it unimportant?

OK, after further searching I found it

Although while following the instructions I had to create the SDK folder. Seems to compile without any more warnings, although I still don't know if it is relevant to Delphi (looks like a CBuilder issue)

I've just changed that ShowMessage for a MesageBox so the url can be read without being truncated.
