if I start the installer TeeChartVCLFMX-2023.38.exe I get always the error "request-was-aborted-could-not-create-ssl-tls-secure-channel". With Ver 2023.37 the installation was no problem. We use Delphi 11.3

Hello Willi,

The server receiving the connections to activate the installers got an update the day after publishing this release. This update made the server more restrictive and blocks the connection attempts as previous installers were doing.

This is why you are seeing the "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" error.

We modified the activation utility shipped with the v2023.38 installers and republished this version. So, if you downloaded the installer before this time and date, downloading it again should fix the SSL/TLS error.

The other alternative is to use the activation form.
