Bar chart access violation

Earlier I reported intermittent access violations when a form with a bar chart was opened at some point in our app. After more than 3 weeks of investigation, I am sorry to say I am no closer to a solution than I was at the beginning. The access violation call stack never leads anywhere useful.
It is not possible to reproduce this in a teeny sample, but we can't release a product with this known instability.
I have tried numerous debugging tools without any results. Please help me.
Thanks

Hi Marie Claire,
Does it happen on other machines? It could be a problem of that machine's graphic card or its drivers version.

Yes, I'm afraid it does happen on other machines. I am really at my wit's end with this one.

Hi Marie Claire,
Do the other machines have the same graphic card? You could try changing the driver version on the problematic machine even it's and older driver. If there's any machine with the same graphic card as yours and on which the application works, try using the same driver version.

Narcis,
I think there is a big misunderstanding. The access violation occurs on all machines. By itermittent, I meant that the series of events that produces the violation is not always the same.

I have used Madshi's madExcept with good results for these types of exotic problems. You need to buy a license to deploy the exception tracking, but for your own debugging I think the eval will work.

Hooray! TeeChart, ego te absolvo! Mea culpa. Of course, it was my error. Slash and debug exposed the problem.
Thank you for your patience.
