installation from source code doesn't work. Again

Dear Sir/Madam.
We upgraded from version 5 to version 7 in a hope,
that old installation problem dissaper.
It is not.
I use CB 6.0 service pack 4. As I loaded source code,
I am trying to install component from the source, not from binaries.
I opened TeePro7c6 project and compiled it.
After remaking all projects, attemps to install
DCLTeePro7C6 unsuccsessful because CB++ reports
conflict in module teeui which is present in
DCLTeePro7c6 and DclTee7c6. Attemps to delete and
uninstall DCLTee7c6 module led to the message
concerning DCLTee7c6.bpl was not found and
ask to install this project.
As I said, this loop exist since at least version 5.
We purchase source code to make changes, not
for educational purposes.
Could you suggest how to solve this problem?
Regards, Igor Kononov
