Citrix: "Not enough storage is available to process thi

One of our customers running citrix on a windows 2003 server has problems with opening forms with teechart graphs.
We use TeeChart 7.07.
When he tries to open a form with a theechart graph he gets: "Not enough storage is available to process this command.".
This occures for 1 out of 6 users. Any idea what can cause it? Can it be a dll or some other file that can cause the problem - read about a similar problem in the "ActiveX" forum where this was the case...
Any suggestions?

Hi Arvid,
Is your system up to date, has all upgrades and service packs available installed for the O.S., Citrix, etc.?
Have you been able to reproduce the same problem using an image instead of a chart?
Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the late reply.
The system is up to date.
We have been using Eurekalog to get errorlogs, I just discovered that the process list that Eurekalog 5.12 supply is not correct. I think what is happening is that our customer start several applications and after a while they will off course run into a memory limit.
I will investigate a bit more - I'll post a reply when I know more.

I have a customer that is using my application in a Citrix environment. I am using TeeChart ActiveX 5.0.6.0
The users get the same error message described in the subject of this post.
This is the environment that the customer is running:
• Operating System MS Windows server 2003
• Processor(s)Intel Xeon X7460 running @ 2.66 GHz
• Memory 4GB of ram.
• Citrix presentation server 4.5.4
• Xenapps plugin 11.0.0.5357 on the local client
If there was ever a resolution to this issue, I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.

Hi Jeff,
We are not sure if Arvid could solve the problem or not.
Could you please take a look at the following discussions about similar problems?
