Need mx+b formula for TCurveFittingFunction's best fit line

I have a best fit line plotted using TCurveFittingFunction (PolyDegree = 2). What I need to provide my client with is the formula for the plotted line in "mx+b" form.

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!
