TWindRose series incorrect representation

Hi,
In current inplementation of the TWindRose series angle increments could be set only at 1deg increment. As a result, the labels could be set to appear 'normal' only at increments of 45 and 90 deg. For example, at 30deg interval the displayed labels looks like: N, NNE, NEE, E, SEE, SSE, S, SSW, SWW, W, NWW, NNW, which is incorrect.
A generally-accepted WindRose typically uses 16 cardinal directions, spaced at 22.5deg: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardinal_direction
with labels:
N, NNE, NE, ENE, E, ESE, SE, SSE, S, SSW, SW, WSW, W, WNW, NW, NNW. Please note also for correct 'ESE', not 'EES' etc.
Adding some insult, the angles in a compass-like RoseWind are calculated clockwise, while in TRoseWind series it goes counter-clockwise.
Please add those two items to wishlist.
