Hi,
I'm not sure this is the right forum for this message, in that case I apologies in advance.
We may need to install a web application that uses TeeChart on the customer's web server, and my understanding is that a TeeChart web server licence is needed for that. My question is: is there any problem if we buy the licence in behalf of the customer that is actually using the TeeChart software? And if this is possible, do we have to give the customer any document that certifies the genuinity of the licence they are using?
We want to do this because we don't want to involve the customers in dealing with our third party suppliers.
Thanks

Hello,
No, not at all.My question is: is there any problem if we buy the licence in behalf of the customer that is actually using the TeeChart software?
Once you have bought the webserver runtime license, you will be sent a confirmatory email with a unique Customer Number, License Number and Order Reference. You can then pass this document on to your client. And if this is possible, do we have to give the customer any document that certifies the genuinity of the licence they are using?
Thank you!
