License problem with .NET version of Teechart

When I tried to create a new setup project i.e. installer for my winforms application which is using Teechart .Net version, I am getting the following error:

ERROR: Could not find file 'd:\Winforms\test\test\[$OutputDirectory]\[$TargetAssembly].licenses'

But when I use ActiveX version of Teechart, Im able to create a setup.exe for my application without any problems..

What can be the problem?
