Red "X" when rotating

I am using a Tower series with thousands of data points, when I attempt to rotate/elevate the chart it is very slow (understandable perhaps due to amount of data).

Occasionaly, whilst rotating/elevating, the chart will dissappear and will be replaced by a Red "X" on a white background. After this, the user cannot use the chart.

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this problem, however, I have seen it on many occasions and felt it best to highlight it.

Hi VH1,

If you can't easily reproduce it, could you please export this chart to a .ten file and post it at our upload page so that we can try to reproduce the issue here?
