Axis tick marks labels

Many times in a 2D chart, when it is rendered I am missing either the label at the origin or I am missing the label at the end of the axis.

I found that if I go into the Chart Editor and increase the offset I can get the label to appear. The value of the offset can be different depending on the chart but is typically around 6 - 9.

Is there a way to ensure that these labels always appear?

The only solution I can think of, besides using axes offset, is using custom labels as shown in the All Features\Welcome !\Axes\Labels\Custom labels example in the new features demo, available at TeeChart's program group.
