Chart Editor dialog in WPF

Hi,
Is it possible to use Chart Editor control in TeeChart wpf. If not, Shall i be able to perform all those Axis customization functionality (which is provided for axes customization in .Net 2.0 chart editing dialog) with my own dialog in wpf.

Hi Vijay,

Currently the chart editor is not available in WPF. However you'll be able to fully customize axes at runtime. For axes customization we recommend you to read Tutorial 4 - Axis Control, available at TeeChart's program group.

What is the ETA for this? Is there a workaround? We'd really like to use the editor for debugging purposes even though we don't plan to use it for release.

I'm sorry but we don't have an estimate date yet for this feature.

I can't think of any workaround for getting chart editor working in WPF.

We'd really like to use the editor for debugging purposes even though we don't plan to use it for release.

I may not understand your intentions here but why would you like the chart editor for debugging purposes?

At the moment to find bugs I have to make changes in our code, recompile and run.

Sometimes the issue is with our code and other times it is with TeeChart. If I can toggle TeeChart settings using the editor it is easier and quicker to find these bugs.

The TeeChart editor is to complicated to surface to our users. We try to setup the charts correctly beforehand and will only give users limited customizability.

Thanks for the information. Ok, I understand your point. Chart editor for WPF is already on our wish-list to be implemented for next releases.
