TeeChart Pro.Net V3 licensing

We are currently using TeeChart Pro v2 for .NET and have recently purchased some additional licenses. However the new licenses are for v3 as we were told by our supplier we could no longer purchase version 2 licenses. My question is, can we install version 2 and use the version 3 licenses? As we are not ready yet to move to version 3. And if this is possible how can we do it?
