Is it possible to downgrade with 4.0 license into 3.5

We plan to buy additional licenses for new developes.
But we do want to switch our project into 4.0 TeeChart(it is enough huge codebase and we don't want to schedule new testing cycle) .
Is it possible to use 3.5 with new license?
