Contour with custom axis values and levels of it

Hi,

I am able to draw the contour with x-axis and z-axis data as index but when I try to provide the data on x-axis and z-axis with the same data on y-axis I am not able to see any contours, I think it renders with different contour levels where the data doesn't exist for y.

Can we provide custom contour Levels?

Please give me detail about how can we draw contours with custom x-axis and z-axis data, and custom levels are provide.
