Direct2D Chart Legend Checkboxes Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

In Direct2D charts, Legend's checkboxes are not shown.
I tried to view then in your Direct2DDemo.exe but it doesn't work.

Is there a solution or update for this problem.
My TeeChart Version is: TeeChart for .NET 2012 4.1.2012.02280
OS is : Windows 7
