TeeChart for .NET v2017 [14 MAR 2017] does not install

TeeChart for .NET v2017 [14 MAR 2017] RELEASE 4.1.2017.03140 creates an error message when running the installer, see attachment

We are sorry to hear you having issues installing the latest version of TeeChart on your machine. A couple of questions:

1) which version of Windows are you running?
2) are you installing TeeChart into a unique folder, that is, a folder that does not already exist on your machine?
3) do you have an internet connection?
4) are you using a proxy to connect to the internet?
5) is your licence up to date?

2. the folder c:\Program Files (x86)\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart for .NET 2017 4.1.2017.03140\ gets created (it did not exist at the start of the installation), and a Utils subdirectory is also there.

5. yes, I suppose, I could download the non eval version with the license number I put into the installation dialog

I'll try again now after a reboot

It did not work after a reboot with no programs running and no "Steema Software" directory in the install folder

The same problem occured when I tried on a second PC with Windows 8.1 64 bit

Yes, apologies for this error, it does seem that most of these files are missing. You will be able to use the .NET 4.6 x64 files as a replacement, given that they are (or would be) identical in content to the .NET 4.6.2 files.
