cursor FollowMouse flag

Support team, thank you for always being so responsive.

I am programming using cursor.
If I download and use version 4.2022.4.7, which is the teechart version in the example, it works normally... but the FollowMouse flag doesn't seem to work in the latest version, 2023.11.17.

Am I using it wrong?
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to use it.
