Cursor tool scope

Hi support,
when the scope style of a cursor is set to a value other than empty AND a chart is panned in such a way that the scope is moved out side the chart area. The vertical and horizontal lines are not drawn - just the scope. Please note the FollowMouse property must be set to false. See attachment "cursor scope outside.jpg"
Also, if the chart is panned for longer the cursor not only goes off the chart it will then reappear somewhere in the center of the chart with the wrong coordinates. See attachment "cursor scope 1.jpg" then "cursor scope 2.jpg". The only action I did to cause this was to pan the chart to the left until the cursor scope reappeared.
I'm not sure if these issues have already been reported, if not please added them to your defect list. They are causing problems in our application and it would be nice to have them fixed for the next .Net TChart release.
thanks and regards
Mark
